Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and contractors while enforcing site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document activity and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and notify appropriate contacts.
• Maintain detailed logs and communicate updates to oncoming officers and site leadership.
