Qualifications

• TSA-issued TWIC required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and port personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of port facilities, buildings, parking areas, perimeter areas, and waterfront locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, document visitor activity, and report unauthorized access or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and request additional assistance when needed.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports per Allied Universal and site requirements.
