Kohler Credit Union in Grafton is hiring a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative to help members with daily banking needs and to deliver welcoming service. No banking experience is required, with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to build skills and advance careers.

Starting pay ranges from $19.15 to $21.40 per hour, plus a competitive benefits package including health, retirement, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and use basic math.
