UW Credit Union in Elm Grove, WI is hiring a Full-Time Teller to join our member-focused team. You will handle teller transactions accurately and look for opportunities to recommend UWCU products that help members reach their financial goals.

As a Full-Time Teller, you will build trusted relationships with members, strive to meet performance goals, and work with your branch to address member and branch needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Cash handling proficiency.
• Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player capable of stepping in where needed.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at Elm Grove branch.
• Strive to meet performance goals in line with Members for Life Philosophy.
• Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
• Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
