UW Credit Union's Elm Grove Branch is hiring a Bilingual Part-Time Teller. The role focuses on welcoming members, handling Teller transactions accurately, and promoting UW products and services with a service-first mindset.

You will work part-time at the Elm Grove branch, contribute to performance goals, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet member needs while upholding Cash Management policies.

• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
• Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
• Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.

As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union’s members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. If you enjoy problem solving, are eager to learn, and love working with people, this is the job for you!
