You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience, with full‑time hours and a starting wage of $19.50 per hour, plus scheduled increases over the next five years.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Work independently and with others to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to company standards.
• Cashier and assist customers at checkout.
