Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Connersville, IN is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader and management team in meeting annual operating plan goals. You will make judgments on customer interactions, staff performance, and store operations to drive results.

You will lead staff development, coaching hourly employees, participate in recruiting, and oversee daily tasks, with a strong focus on representing Goodwill's mission and values to customers and volunteers.

Qualifications

• No degree required; demonstrated capability valued.
• Experience in retail or service supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong coaching and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Proficiency with basic computer and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train hourly associates on daily tasks.
• Participate in hourly staff recruiting including pre-screening and interviews as needed.
• Support staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Carry out day-to-day operations and seek efficiency improvements.
• Represent Goodwill's mission and values to customers at all times.
• Track daily sales, production goals, and donations.
