Job summary

Responsibilities

Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results

Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
Maintains store cleanliness, signage, and inventory procedures
Ensures cash control policies to minimize losses
Supervises day-to-day operations and escalates issues as needed
Communicates weekly information, milestones, and concerns
Manages stock levels through product ordering and merchandising
