Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and merchandising skills.
• Able to develop and coach team members.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plans and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Lead promotion of new products and drive customer engagement (BOPIS and curbside).
• Provide leadership to run an operationally sound business with a customer-first approach.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
