ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to help merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to maintain standards and provide outstanding customer service.

The role features full-time hours with starting wage of $20.00/hour and scheduled raises over time; benefits are available for eligible employees. A strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficiency supports daily operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to assist customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and cash registers.
• Ability to read and follow merchandising plans.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to maintain store presentation.
• Cashier duties and processing purchases using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floors and aisles.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery from staging area.
• Follow store policies and loss prevention procedures.
