ALDI USA is hiring a store associate to enhance the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning. The role involves collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with wage increases in subsequent years. Full-time hours average 30+ per week, with benefits available to eligible employees including insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks within timeframes.

• Merchandise and stock products and displays."
