Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Store Associate in Cullman, AL. You will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role averaging 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases through Year 5.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product; maintain organized shelves.
• Cashier duties and processing customer purchases via POS.
• Assist with curbside pickup and select lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in all areas.
