Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning duties to keep the store in top condition. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a smooth shopping experience.

The role offers full-time hours with starting wage of $18.50/hour and progressive increases over the next years. You’ll engage in daily responsibilities across sales floor, checkout, and curbside pickup while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, POS, etc.).
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product; maintain clean, organized aisles.
• Cashier duties and proper use of POS system.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and order accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Follow safety policies and ensure a safe working environment.
