ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated Store Associate in the United States. The role includes merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and general store cleaning to uphold store standards and deliver excellent customer service.

This full-time position averages 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour. Wage increases are planned over the first five years, and the job requires the ability to operate POS systems, manage inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the store

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases accurately.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly per merchandising planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely for customers.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
