Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to help with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store in top condition. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with planned increases over the next years. This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly and requires the ability to work with or without accommodations, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures; maintain accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products; keep shelves neat according to planograms.
• Assist customers at checkout and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Inform management of any loss due to damaged products or checkout disparities.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and proper POS procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to maintain efficient checkout.
• Unload, stock, and rotate products while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
