Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain store standards. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with scheduled wage increases in subsequent years. This is a full-time role offering 32–40 hours per week and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform cleaning duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and operate cash register.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Assist with inventory counts and monitor stock for accuracy.
