ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to enhance the customer shopping experience through collaborative team work and exceptional service. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to maintain a welcoming store environment. Starting wage is $17.50/hour with scheduled increases over the coming years.

Average hours are 30+ per week. Duties include operating the POS system, following merchandising plans, stocking shelves, and assisting in curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operates POS system and cash register accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise according to planograms.
• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Communicates effectively with customers and team.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise and stock products to keep the store attractive.
• Cashier at checkout and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize work areas to company standards.
• Support loss prevention and safety practices in daily duties.
