ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and general cleaning to keep the store at peak condition. You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a smooth shopping experience.

The position offers full-time hours with starting wage of $19.50 per hour and progressive raises through Year 5. You will be part of a busy store environment with opportunities for growth and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment including POS system and cash registers.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Model and uphold customer service principles and escalate to management when needed.
• Inform management of losses due to damaged or outdated products.
• Accurately scan and process purchases using the POS system.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and ensure accurate transactions.
• Refresh shelves and displays according to merchandising plans.
