A Steward Supervisor is responsible for supervising utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Steward Supervisor, your responsibilities include supervising utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff to ensure efficient cleaning and transport of utensils and service ware. Your tasks will include:

1. Supervising, supporting, and monitoring team members in their duties.
2. Ensuring the cleanliness of work areas and physical surroundings.
3. Maintaining proper inventory levels for food and beverage departments.
4. Ensuring timely delivery of food and equipment for all functions.
5. Scheduling, assigning daily tasks, and training team members.
6. Monitoring and evaluating team member performance.
