Job Summary

A Steward Supervisor is responsible for supervising utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Supervise, support, and monitor utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff in transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware for restaurant service.
• Oversee cleaning of work areas and physical surroundings.
• Maintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and equipment for all functions as scheduled.
• Schedule, assign daily tasks, and train team members.
• Monitor and evaluate team member performance.
