Full-Time Steward / Dishwasher - DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City (Finance)

A Utility Steward is responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Steward, you will be responsible for:

• Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils
• Scrubbing pots and pans
• Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silver
• Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
• Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and removing trash
• Transporting and storing clean service ware
• Training other stewards, as needed
• Preparing and placing clean service ware for events and functions
