Job summary

Peak Resources Shelby is seeking a Full Time Staffing Coordinator to support the nursing department with clerical duties and staffing decisions to meet resident needs within budget and census targets.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficient computer skills. Experience in scheduling is preferred.

We are currently seeking a qualified Full Time facility Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby.

Typical Work Schedule is: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm.

Role Responsibilities

This position provides clerical support function to the nursing department. Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with medical terminology
• Proficient computer skills
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience

• Minimum two (2) years scheduling experience.
• Current C.N.A. Certification (NC)
