Bragg Hospitality in Virginia seeks a bilingual Housekeeping Manager to lead our hotel housekeeping team. You will schedule, train, and supervise the housekeeping, houseman, and maintenance teams and ensure rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness standards.

The role requires Spanish fluency, at least three years of managerial experience in hotel housekeeping, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work mornings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Spanish is required to lead and train the team.
• Minimum 3 years as Housekeeping Manager in hotel industry.
• Strong people skills and leadership.
• Clear, friendly communication.
• Problem solving under pressure.
• Availability for morning and mid shifts, weekends when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Create schedules, train staff and check work.
• Monitor inventory, submit orders and review budget with the manager.
• Keep guest rooms and public areas clean and neat.
• Inspect rooms to meet cleanliness standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and reorder to avoid waste.
• Address guest issues promptly and kindly.
• Write simple reports on team performance and improvements.
• Coordinate with front desk to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Ensure safety and proper use of gear and products.
• Coach and support staff to perform at their best.
• Maintain team morale and assist with other tasks as needed.
