Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to assist with the supervision of the hotel housekeeping department, including laundry operations and linen supply. The role requires inspecting guest rooms and public areas while ensuring excellent guest service and issue resolution.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of hotel housekeeping or supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities with proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification preferred as required by franchise.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel housekeeping or similar experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel desired.
• Proven financial knowledge and working experience with computer systems and Microsoft products.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping department staff and assist with overall supervision of the department.
• Oversee laundry operations and ensure adequate linen supply.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Assist guests in a courteous manner and resolve inquiries or concerns.
