Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand each student's needs and conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clear communication.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to develop targeted, evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy or supervise SLPA staff with IEP goals.
• Track progress with accurate records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to support student needs.
