Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to help students communicate effectively, participate in learning, and succeed. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with ARD committees to support student progress and access to education.

You will provide direct therapy or supervise SLPA staff, maintain detailed records, and advocate for students through team meetings and family conferences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active TX license to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for therapy.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with ARD involvement.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy or supervise SLPAs with IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and track student progress.
• Collaborate with district personnel and families throughout the process.
