Job summary

Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek in Frederick, MD is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland SLP license, a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and strong clinical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing abilities.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on resident needs and goals.
• Provide skilled treatment for communication, cognition and dysphagia.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies.
