Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Autumn Lake at Crofton in Crofton, MD. This full-time role offers $43–$46 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive rehab team.

You will perform evaluations, set goals, and provide treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing while coordinating with nursing and other clinicians to support residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Experience in skilled nursing is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Autumn Lake at Crofton. You'll help residents communicate their needs, work through cognitive changes, and address swallowing concerns as part of a collaborative rehab team.
