Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek in Frederick, MD is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs in a collaborative environment.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized therapy to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
• Develop individualized plans of care based on resident needs and goals
• Provide skilled treatment for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Track progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications
