Job summary

Pima JTED is seeking a Skills Trainer to support interns during work site rotations and in classroom settings under the supervision of the Project SEARCH Instructor. The role involves guiding interns, reinforcing job-readiness and personal/social skills, and ensuring safety and confidentiality at all times.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess strong written and verbal communication, and meet minimum qualifications. The position is full-time for 10 months with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support for interns during work site rotations.
• Reinforce interns' vocational, job-readiness, and personal skills.
• Structure training at work sites to align with interns' vocational goals.
• Assist with teaching and maintaining intern case files.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of intern information.
