Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Bridgeport Village (Tigard, OR) is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to guide the sales floor and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a team, manage store operations, and promote Lush brand values while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration to achieve sales goals, maintain brand standards, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment for our skincare-focused team.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
