Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead staff when managers are absent, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and promote a high standard of customer service, confidentiality, and product presentation.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. 40 hours weekly with base pay shown below.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following plan‑of‑growth guidelines.
