Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Marketing & Community Liaison to build meaningful referral relationships and represent the brand in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on trust, consistency, and long-term partnerships with healthcare and senior-care professionals.

The candidate will travel locally, network at events, and educate partners about personal care, companion care, dementia support, and 24/7 care options. Full-time with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities to build trust with healthcare and senior-care partners.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to develop referral networks.
• Comfortable meeting new people, making introductions, and following up consistently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate activity records.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare and senior-care professionals.
• Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events, community meetings, and professional referral events.
• Conduct regular in-person outreach visits to referral partners in the DFW area.
• Educate partners about Comfort Keepers’ services and care options.
• Maintain follow-up to keep Comfort Keepers top of mind with partners.
• Document visits, referrals, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Collaborate with office and care coordination teams to ensure timely client support.
• Assist with community presentations and local awareness efforts.
• Identify new referral opportunities to expand local market presence.
