Butterfly Home Care- Northwest DFW is seeking an energetic Community Outreach Coordinator to grow our presence in Northwest Dallas-Fort Worth. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations to increase awareness and generate client referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse community stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources throughout the community.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, assisted living and memory care communities, physician offices, senior centers, and community organizations.
• Introduce Butterfly Home Care services to potential referral partners.
• Schedule and conduct informational meetings, lunch-and-learns, and presentations.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and senior-focused activities.
• Represent Butterfly Home Care professionally in the community.
• Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities and maintain regular contact with partners.
• Track referral activity and provide updates on business development opportunities.
