Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to learn maintenance basics.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets.
• Keep the place clean across hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for renters.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms for proper operation.
• Assist customers on site when needed.
• Maintain the property so it looks right and runs smoothly.
