Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep, clean, and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site when needed.
• Maintain the property so it looks right and runs smoothly.
