Go Store It in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Self-Storage Maintenance Associate to help maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities. You will inspect properties daily and perform small repairs to prevent disruptions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Training provided; no prior maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lighting issues, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small repairs like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and patch work.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, and bathrooms clean and organized.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep them for new renters.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site and provide friendly help.
