Go Store It - Self Storage in Las Vegas, Nevada, is hiring a Self-Storage Maintenance Associate to help keep properties running smoothly. The role involves daily site visits, basic repairs, cleaning, and assisting customers on site.

We offer a full-time schedule with 40 hours per week and a suite of benefits. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, and no college degree is needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Basic maintenance tasks should be understood or learned.
• Strong customer-service orientation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or other issues.
• Repair small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch jobs.
• Keep common areas, hallways, and units clean and prepared for turnover.
• Turn over units after move-outs and ensure they are ready for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist on-site customers and provide a helpful hand when needed.
