Job summary

Go Store It - Self Storage in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Maintenance Associate to keep our storage property in top condition. You’ll walk the property daily, fix small issues, and help maintain clean, secure units for customers.

You don’t need to be a maintenance expert—training is provided. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required as you’ll be visiting multiple sites and responding quickly to issues.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, looking for trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, or simple paint/patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: halls, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working.
• Assist customers on site when they need a hand.
• Maintain the place so it looks right and runs smoothly, something you’re proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
