Job summary

Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking a reliable maintenance associate to keep our properties in top condition and welcoming for customers. You’ll walk the site daily, fix minor issues, clean spaces, and prepare units for new tenants to ensure safety and usability on site.

We value hands-on problem solving and reliability. The role includes on-site training, provided tools, a predictable schedule, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
