Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Dispensary in Hagerstown, MD. You will serve tenants and visitors, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and respond to security concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

One year of security-related experience or more.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background investigation required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; may be required before employment.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while following site security procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and according to procedures.
Monitor and report unusual activity, property conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation per Allied Universal and site requirements.
