Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access by observing entry/exit activity and verifying credentials.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and document incidents.
• Support the orderly movement of trucks and personnel by observing traffic flow and flagging concerns.
