Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Dispensary in Hagerstown, MD. You will serve tenants and visitors, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and respond to security concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience or more.

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and according to procedures.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, property conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation per Allied Universal and site requirements.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.


• Monitor and report unusual activity, property conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.


• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
