Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of clinic areas, waiting rooms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter; report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; support established procedures for patients, staff, and vendors.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity according to location requirements.
