Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Boca Raton, FL to manage access, greet residents and visitors, verify entry authorization, and monitor assigned areas. This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and offers full-time employment with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and support a caring culture based on teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation with Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• One year or more of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document activity.
• Respond to incidents and communicate information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access logs with professional communication.
