Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff while following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor records, and direct guests per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergency situations, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas, gates, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and shift handoff communications.
