Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry/exit points, verify access, maintain logs, and report unauthorized activity.
• Respond to resident concerns and incidents professionally, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, entry points, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports for site management and leadership.
