Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Boca Raton, FL to safeguard residents and guests at a residential community. You will manage access control, greet residents and visitors, verify entry authorization, and monitor areas to maintain a welcoming environment.

This role involves driving and requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer service. You will work a set schedule with evenings and weekends, staying prepared to respond to incidents and document

Qualifications

At least one year of security-related work experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Guard Card or license is required.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorized access, and document activity in residential community procedures.
Respond to incidents and maintain calm, clear communication with residents and staff.
Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter locations.
Maintain daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access logs.
