Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to airport and government facility stakeholders by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, and control entry and exit for employees, contractors, visitors, and authorized vehicles.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations through required channels.
• Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation per site-specific requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, surrounding areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity.
