Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Authorization Specialist in Houston, TX. You will manage entry points, verify access, greet residents and visitors, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, contractors and visitors.
• Verify credentials and control access at entry points.
• Respond to access-related concerns and incidents following procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter.
• Maintain daily activity reports and visitor logs.
